furniture friday: tropic table

I've decided to make a little change to the format of the Anthropist. From now on, posts that are focused solely on furniture finds will be restricted to Fridays. Inaugurating this new approach is the first official Friday Furniture Find:



I found this table on 2bmod where it's listed as starting at $799 but they have it at TemaHome for only $604. The architectural-looking table perches on delicate trestle legs, giving it an airy and light feel, which is great for small spaces. The wood and metal finishes are customizable, allowing you a great deal of flexibility in choosing just the right design. This table would pair well with a wide variety of chairs to create looks ranging from casual and cozy to chic and sophisticated. It would be interesting to use benches to create a fun "modern picnic" style too.
